RRR | Hyderabad: State Cinematography Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav has said that RRR film has made Telugu film fame universal. He said that soon it has been decided to honor the RRR team on behalf of the state government.
On Monday, Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav addressed a media conference organized at his office in Masab Tank along with FDC Chairman Anil Kurmachalam. Minister Talasani, FDC Chairman Anil and FDC ED Kishore Babu distributed sweets to the journalists while expressing their happiness over RRR film getting Oscar award.
Speaking on the occasion, Minister Talasani said that RRR will go down in history as the only Telugu film to receive an Oscar award. He said that the Telugu states and the country will be proud to receive the Oscar award for Natu Natu song in the original song category. RRR is a great film that won an Oscar. Director Rajamouli, Music Director Keeravani, Lyricist Chandra Bose, Singers Rahul Sipliganj, Kalabhairava, Choreographer Prem Rakshit and everyone who worked on the film congratulated on behalf of the government.
The center looks down on southern states.
The minister criticized the BJP government at the Center for looking down on southern states from the very beginning. The directors of the film said that the Oscar award was due to Rajamouli’s efforts. Minister Talasani Srinivas Yadav explained that the government will always stand by the film industry and is ready to provide all kinds of assistance needed for the development of the industry.
