They also take special care of the preparations of the son. Harshika Ramachandran of Karnataka set a new meet record by clocking 4:29.25 seconds in the 400m freestyle group two girls’ category. Her state fellow swimmer Rujula S came second. Harshika also won the gold medal in the 200 meters, surpassing the meet record set by Apeksha Fernandez (2:23.67 seconds) three years ago with a timing of 2:23.20 seconds.
