Telugu movie shootings (Tollywood) will be stopped from today. It is known that the Telugu Film Chamber has already announced that the filming will be stopped from August 1. In this order, the films on the sets and the shootings of the new films that are about to start will be stopped from today. But the shootings of movies in other languages will continue as usual. It is known that Film Chamber General Body Meeting was held on Sunday. The Film Chamber supported the decision of Producer Guild in this meeting. He said that the problems in the film industry should be solved.. for that the producers should come together. Producer Dil Raju said that the shooting of the film will be stopped for now.
In this meeting, it was decided to give the films to OTTs only after 8 or 10 weeks. He said that the film chamber body will take a decision on the VPF charges soon. He said that the producers will discuss all the issues such as increased construction costs and wasteful expenditure in shooting. After taking a decision, it was revealed that the shootings have resumed.
With the decision of the Producers Guild, about 30 big and small films in production will be halted. At present, Telugu, Tamil and Kannada movies are being shot in Bhagyanagaram. Due to the stoppage of the films in the schedule, the burden on the producers is on the other hand, the dates of the artists will be wasted. Prabhas Project K, Salaar, Nandamuri Balakrishna Movie, Vijay Devarakonda Khushi, Ravi Teja Ravanasura, Nani Dussehra, Ram Charan Shankar Movie, Akhil Agent are currently shooting in Chiranjeevi Godfather Hyderabad. Due to the impact of the bandh, the shooting of around 30 films will be stopped. Junior artistes, drivers, light boys and production boys who were getting their daily wages faced a lot of difficulties due to the stoppage of shootings. It seems that around 10,000 workers will lose their jobs due to the impact of the bandh.
