Such a news is now doing rounds in the Kollywood circle. Actors Karthi and Siva Karthikeyan who do not need much introduction to Telugu and Tamil audiences. The films of these two have a good market in Tamil as well as in Telugu. These two also have a large number of followers in both languages.
Last year, Karthi starrer Sardaar and Sivakarthikeyan starrer Prince were buzzing at the same time during Diwali. According to the latest news, these two are getting ready to fight again. While Karthi is currently acting in a Japanese movie, Sivakarthikeyan is doing a movie called Maviran. The latest talk is that these two films are going to hit the screens on June 29. But there is no official announcement from the makers. Anu Emmanuel is playing the male lead role in the Japanese film directed by Raju Murugan.
It is produced by SR Prakash Babu and SR Prabhu under Dream Warrior Pictures banner. Sivakarthikeyan starrer Maviran is being produced by Arun Vishwa under Shanthi Talkies banner. Aditi Shankar is playing the heroine in this film. Madonna Ashwin of Mandela fame is the writer-cum-director of this film. The first looks of these two films which have already been released are increasing the curiosity of the audience.
